1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777aya platform, accessible at 777aya.net ("the Platform"), including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any future products or services offered under the 777aya brand. The Terms govern the entire relationship between 777aya ("we", "us", "the Operator") and each individual registered user ("you", "the Player") from the moment an account is created.

777aya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between translations or informal summaries of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases. 777aya operates in English across all platform communications, and support is provided in English only.

1.3 Licence and Regulatory Framework

777aya operates under an international gaming licence. The platform's operation — including its player fund management practices, RNG certification standards, responsible gaming provisions, and KYC/AML compliance obligations — is governed by the conditions of that licence. 777aya does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their country or region before registering or depositing.

1.4 Currency

All accounts on 777aya are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposit minimums, withdrawal thresholds, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and transaction records are expressed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). 2. Eligibility and Registration

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change after registration. 777aya is not responsible for service disruptions, failed transactions, or delayed communications arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 777aya platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777aya reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account, void all bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. 2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. 777aya reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. No inactivity fee will reduce an account balance below zero. Changes to registered payment methods require re-verification to protect against fraud. 777aya will not process withdrawals to a payment method that does not match the account's verified details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

777aya currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile financial services), and Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards). Support for additional payment methods may be added at 777aya's discretion. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by 777aya.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 777aya account in real time under normal operating conditions. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 5 minutes to appear in your account balance depending on the issuing bank. 777aya is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number from your mobile banking app or bank statement.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to verified mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 60 seconds of the withdrawal request being submitted, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing institution. 777aya does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any suspected fraudulent deposit activity — including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, or money-laundering behaviour — will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of all associated deposits, and referral to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities. 777aya operates strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) controls and reserves the right to request proof of payment source for any deposit at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

777aya offers various bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. Where these general bonus terms conflict with the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount multiplied by 20 must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game type are listed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

A player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus only once, from a single verified account. Players who have previously self-excluded or whose accounts have been closed for breach of these Terms are not eligible for any promotional offer. 777aya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, and to revoke bonus credit if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms in connection with claiming the offer.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not cleared the wagering requirement are forfeited. Players will not receive advance notification of individual bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time of the offer.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 RNG Certification and Fair Outcomes

"Manifest error" means an obvious and unambiguous mistake that a reasonable player would recognise as an error at the time of placing a bet. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable and will not be credited to player accounts.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Obligations

All players on the 777aya platform are expected to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of the platform, or the interests of 777aya and its licensing partners. Players must not attempt to gain unfair advantage over other players or the house through any means not sanctioned by the rules of the specific game being played.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777aya platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with any part of the platform without explicit written authorisation from 777aya
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, or pricing anomaly that provides an unrealistic advantage — players who identify such errors are obliged to report them to support rather than exploit them
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund an account
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed with 777aya
• Abusing or harassing 777aya support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where 777aya determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, the following actions may be taken without prior notice: temporary or permanent account suspension; withholding or forfeiture of account balance pending investigation; voiding of all bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct; reporting of the activity to relevant financial authorities or law enforcement agencies. 777aya's determination in cases of suspected prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 777aya account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and a clear account closure request. Upon receiving a closure request, 777aya will process any pending withdrawal of your available real-money balance (subject to KYC and these Terms) before closing the account. Accounts under active investigation for suspected prohibited conduct may not be closed until the investigation is complete.

8.2 Closure by 777aya

777aya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in circumstances where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false information at any stage; the player's activity raises AML, fraud, or underage-access concerns; or where required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law. In cases of closure for breach, the available balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not for breach, available real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 777aya platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months by emailing [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not receive marketing communications from 777aya. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms. 8.4 Disputes and Complaints

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777aya's international gaming licence is issued. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing territory. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
